What this website is for
pinedazzle.store is an online shop. Through it we sell PineDazzle smart decorative lighting directly to consumers, and we publish information about those products. We do not offer professional advice of any kind through this site.
Using this site
Browsing pinedazzle.store means you accept this notice and our Terms of Service. If you place an order, the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy apply to it as well. Please read them — they are written in plain English on purpose.

We take care to keep the information on this site correct and up to date, particularly prices, delivery times and product specifications. Even so, errors happen, and we reserve the right to correct them. Where an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and give you the choice of accepting the correction or being refunded in full.
We work to keep the site available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical failures and problems outside our control may interrupt it.

If something goes wrong
Email us first at support@pinedazzle.store. We answer every message within one business day, and almost everything gets resolved there — a refund, a replacement, a tracking number that has not moved.
If we cannot resolve it between us, you keep every right the consumer protection law of the country you live in gives you, including the right to take the matter to a consumer protection body or a court in your own country.
Applicable law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Where you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
