Who you are dealing with
pinedazzle.store is operated by Lucas Oprea, Calle Juan Cano 35, 45370 Santa Cruz de la Zarza, Toledo, Spain. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean PineDazzle; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.
By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you click the button or receive the order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if the item is unavailable, if we spot an error in the price or description, if we cannot verify the payment or delivery address, or if an order looks fraudulent or is placed for resale. We may limit quantities per person or per address.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include shipping to the United States. Prices can change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.
We try hard to keep prices accurate. If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or system error, we are not obliged to sell it at that price; we will tell you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or being refunded in full.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and the photographs and videos show the real product. Screens vary, so colours and brightness can look different in your living room than on your phone. Measurements are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerance.
PineDazzle lights are intended for decorative indoor use and covered outdoor use, powered by the supplied low-voltage adapter. Use them as described in the instructions. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by modifying the product, using a different power supply, or using it in a way the instructions do not describe.
Your account and your information
If you give us information at checkout it must be accurate and your own. You are responsible for the delivery address you enter. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with your information.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with how the site works, or to place fraudulent orders. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
Our content
The PineDazzle name, logo, product photography, videos and the text on this site belong to us and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Third-party links
Where we link to another site or service, we are not responsible for its content or its practices. Read their terms before you use them.
Returns, refunds and delivery
Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Please read them — they explain the 30-day money-back promise and the real delivery times.
Warranty and liability
Beyond the 30-day money-back promise in our Refund Policy and any warranty we state on the product page, the site and the products are provided as they are. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover us for any claim brought against us that arises from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Spain. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. Changes take effect when posted, and the date at the top tells you when we last changed them.
If part of this is unenforceable
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
